How can I place a custom order for something not listed on the website?

  • We love creating new and unique designs for our customers! If you’re looking for a custom product that isn’t listed on the website, follow these simple steps:
  • Contact Us: Reach out via our Custom Order Request Form on the website, or email us directly at [your email/contact page] with your idea.
  • Provide Details: Let us know the specifics of what you’d like. This could include the material (wood, acrylic, etc.), design ideas, colors, dimensions, and any other important details.
  • Design and Approval: Once we receive your request, we’ll work with you to finalize the design. You’ll receive a proof to review and approve before production begins.
  • Production and Delivery: Once you approve the design, we’ll create your custom item and ship it out as soon as it's ready. Custom orders may take a little longer due to the design and production process, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

What is your refund policy?

  • Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Each custom piece is made uniquely for you, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
